FMR observes the publication of the first round decade of issues in its New Series with an idiosyncratic, wide-ranging, and eclectic issue. The contents range from the painter Foujita’s Paris years, work veined with subtle nuances, to the brightly colored decorations designed by Géza Maróti for Mexico City’s Palacio de Bellas Artes; from Salerno’s contemplative medieval ivories to the wind-loud Marmore waterfalls of Central Italy, culminating in a poetically commonsense appreciation of vividly enameled coin banks.
